All products are sold exclusively through the Site unless stated otherwise. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the final applicable price.
b. Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order and receive a full refund, please email info@primo.ca within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled unless the product is defective.
c. Returns and Damages:
Products may be returned at the time of delivery if damaged or defective due to an error on our part. Photo evidence of damage is required to initiate a return. Returns for reasons of personal preference are not accepted. We are unable to credit or replace any items that have been kept for more than three (3) days after delivery. Refund eligibility will be determined by Primo Fragrances upon inspection.

The arbitration will take place in New Canada and will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. All proceedings will be conducted in English.
